Wild women retreat

Panthertown

may 2026

an empowering weekend to gather as women and thrive in nature

What this trip is all about

  • Building confidence in your ability to thrive in the natural world so you can return to the day to day with more radiance and trust.

  • Take time away from the hustle and reset your nervous system with the best bio-hacking tool: nature.

  • Push your own boundaries and build resilience so you can grow physically and mentally.

  • Connect with like-minded women in nature to feel what true femininity actually is.

  • Make space for play in a way that day-to-day life doesn’t have room for.

  • Remember your power and integrate it into your everyday life.

Our mission is to see women empowered in their bodies, hearts, and minds by developing wilderness skills, building lasting connections, and getting the best system-reset in nature.

The wilderness has been pioneered by men for far too long— it’s time for women to take up space in the wild.

Join us for an incredible weekend of connection, remembrance and skill development.

phoebe crouse

Phoebe's mission lies at the intersection of the natural world and feminine embodiment. Captivated by the mountains of Western North Carolina as a child, she later attended the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) in the Rocky Mountains.

Carving the connection between optimal health and natural living, she forged her philosophy on how to feel radiant as a modern woman. Phoebe is a Feminine Vitality Expert, a fitness instructor, a videographer, and above all, an advocate for celebrating women and the wisdom of female physiology.

Hanna Livengood

Hanna is an Herbalist, Wilderness Guide, and Liminal Creatrix. She envisions a world where the wild is an integrated part of society & culture - where humanity sees itself as part of nature, opposed to separate from it. Hanna bridges the gap between sacred & profane, inspiring us to explore the edges where these tow concepts meet.

A wilderness guide, Hanna has passionately supported people in reconnecting to nature throughout the Carolinas for 8 years and continues her mission of helping people to meet the wild within and around them.

Jess morris

Jess feels the most like herself when she’s covered in a bit of dirt and has been existing in the wilderness for a few days. She longs to show women how much our inner radiance comes from our inherent connection with the earth. Backpacking has undoubtedly changed Jess’s life; it has made her more resilient, cultivated inner peace, and given her empowering survival skills.

Embodying a balance between sacred and silly, Jess has a background in wilderness and adventure therapy guiding, kayak guiding, and is currently a massage therapist, reiki practitioner, and poetry circle space holder.
