Return & Refund Policy:
For Products:

Returns

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original packaging with all seals intact.

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or used herbal products (due to health and safety regulations)

  • Products without original packaging or damaged packaging

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance

  • Custom or personalized herbal blends

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving incorrect or defective products).

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.


For Digital Products:

No Returns on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered. Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after delivery, as we cannot verify that the product has been deleted from your devices.

Exceptions

We may offer refunds in the following circumstances:

Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing or using the digital product and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund. You must contact us within 14 days of purchase with details of the technical problem.

Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same digital product twice, please contact us within 7 days of the duplicate purchase for a refund of the duplicate transaction.

Non-Delivery: If you do not receive access to your digital product within 24 hours of purchase and the issue cannot be resolved, you will receive a full refund.

Incorrect Product: If you receive a digital product that is materially different from what was described in the product listing, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with evidence of the discrepancy.


For Services:
This policy applies to:

  • One-on-one consultation sessions

  • Akashic record readings

  • All other personal service appointments

Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellations:

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment according to the following terms:

  • More than 48 hours before appointment: Full refund or free rescheduling

  • 24-48 hours before appointment: 50% refund or free rescheduling (one time only)

  • Less than 24 hours before appointment: No refund; rescheduling subject to a $25 fee

  • No-show: No refund and no rescheduling option

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at [your email] or [your phone number] as soon as possible.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment one time at no charge if you provide at least 48 hours notice. Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to fees or require rebooking as a new appointment.

Provider-Initiated Cancellations

If we need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge. We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find an alternative time that suits your schedule.

Session Satisfaction

We are committed to providing meaningful and valuable sessions. However, due to the personalized and energetic nature of Akashic record readings and consultations, refunds are not provided based on subjective satisfaction or if you simply change your mind after the session has been completed.

If you are dissatisfied with your session, we encourage you to:

  • Discuss your concerns with us immediately during or after the session

  • Contact us within 24 hours to share your feedback

We may offer a complimentary follow-up session or partial credit toward future services on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.

Technical Issues

If technical difficulties on our end prevent the completion of your scheduled session (such as internet connectivity issues, platform problems, or scheduling errors), you will receive either:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule at no additional charge

If technical issues on your end prevent session completion, standard cancellation policies apply.

Emergencies and Extenuating Circumstances

We understand that unexpected emergencies happen. If you experience a genuine emergency (serious illness, family emergency, etc.) that prevents you from attending your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair solution, which may include waiving cancellation fees or offering rescheduling options.



How to Initiate a Refund or Return

  • Your order number

  • Email address used for purchase

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Any relevant screenshots or documentation

We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
