It happens in the hangovers, heartbreaks, messy transitions, and the ordinary moments in between.

Our philosophy blends science, spirit, and sensuality to transform burnout, judgment, and disconnection into embodiment, pleasure, and aliveness. You no longer have to choose between ritual and rebellion, you get to have both.

I’m Hanna Livengood - herbalist, sex educator, altered-state enthusiast, and transformational doula. I’ve spent over a decade studying plant medicine, embodiment, and the human psyche from every angle:

• 5,000+ hours of herbal study, formulation, and hands-on medicine making

• Years apprenticing with herbalists, guiding wilderness expeditions, and researching the historiography of early modern apothecaries

• A certified Holistic Sex Educator from the Institute of Sexuality Education & Enlightenment

• 200hr YTT and certified Birth Doula

• And over 3 decades of being a messy-ass human

All of this has shaped a body of work that is as researched as it is mystical, as rebellious as it is reverent. Every product I create is intentionally crafted as a transformative ritual meant to awaken sensation, deepen self-trust, and reconnect you to the intelligence of your body.
