Wild Hearts Mocktail: A Self-Love Ritual for the Tender-Hearted
A ritual is anything done with intention. And this recipe call for all of your undivided attention. Not just becuase this beverage is complex, but becuase it is wildly delicious, activating all your senses.
The Intention Behind This Recipe
This mocktail isn't just a drink, it's a boundary-strengthening practice that keeps your tenderness intact. Each ingredient was chosen intentionally: rose for heart opening and self-love, beet for grounding and root chakra connection, lime for clarity and release, ginger for personal power and warmth.
It's the perfect companion for moments when you need to come back to yourself, when you need to remember that your heart is yours first.
First, you'll need to make the rose simple syrup. Then you can mix the mocktail. This recipe also called for our heart-centered aphrodisiac blend, Sanctum. If you don't have Sanctum, no worries. You can use another heart-opening blend, or make it without. But Sanctum sure does add some extra potency!
